Terms
of Hire
Unfortunately, we cannot be held
responsible for items lost or left behind in our cars. We will however, make
every attempt to notify you if we do find anything left behind. After an
on-time pickup, our drivers make every attempt to adhere to your timetable
and choose the best route possible. Because of our extensive knowledge of the
area, we often are able to avoid traffic delays, however, ultimately we
cannot be held responsible for foreseen or unforeseen delays including
additional time that may result. The minimum damage/cleaning (vomit, smoking,
etc.) charge is $275.00 .

Making
a Reservation
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard,
or American Express. A 50% non-refundable deposit (credit card preferred)
is required to guarantee your reservation.
Your non-refundable deposit will be applied as payment toward your reservation with the
balance due 96 hours before the day of service. Unless otherwise requested, 20% gratuity
will be added to all reservations.
Excalibur Limousine Service must have a valid credit card on file for us to provide alcohol service in any of our limousines.
To make a reservation 24 hours a day please email us at blackcarservice@excaliburlimo.ca or www.excaliburlimo.ca/reguestform. During business hours call us at 1.306.460.6664. In the event
all of our reservation specialists are busy, please leave a message and your
call will be returned promptly.
IMPORTANT: All reservations are tentative until confirmed by an Excalibur
Limousine Customer Service Representative. Your credit card will not be
