Our mission is to provide professional, reliable, on time, quality transportation service to our customers. Our attention to detail and professional chauffeurs ensure that you can sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.

Excalibur Limousine Service is west central Saskatchewan's premier transportation provider. From executive travel to your wedding day, we have a limousine in our fleet to meet your needs. Our top of the line service sets us apart from the rest and our amazing fleet always makes it hard to leave the luxury behind.

You will always be greeted by a professionally dressed chauffeur in a well equipped, clean and safe vehicle. Our entire fleet regularly undergoes very strict safety checks and pre-trip inspections to ensure a properly operating, vehicle. All of our limousines carry interior/exterior cameras and are gps tracked.

RETAINERS

All retainers are non-refundable. Should you cancel your charter one week prior to your charter, your retainer will be apllied to your next charter. You must reschedule your charter within the next twelve months or your retainer will be forfieted. There is a $25.00 administration fee added to all charters.

IDENTIFICATION

You must have a picture ID and your credit card available at the beginning of the charter so the chauffeur may verify all contract information.

SMOKING or VAPING

All of our vehicles are non-smoking/vaping. If smoking/vaping occurs in any vehicle the charter will be terminated and no refund will be issued. A $300.00 fee will be assessed for cleaning and deordorizing of the limousine.

MOTION SICKNESS

There is a $300.00 clean up fee for motion sickness plus any additional costs.

DRINK SPILLS

There is a $75.00 clean up fee for drinks spills.

GLASSES & DECANTERS

$25.00 fee for each broken or missing glass.
$100.00 fee for each broken or missing decanter.

DAMAGES
The client will be charged for any damages that are caused by him/her and/or their guest.

OVERAGE

If charter runs over the scheduled end time an additional hour will be assessed with payment due at the beginning of that hour. Rates are in 1 hour increments (minimum). If you feel that your charter may go over please notify your chauffeur as soon as possible. Chauffeurs will handle several assignments through the course of the day. Your vehicle may be scheduled for another charter at the end of yours, thus making your vehicle unavailable for any additional hours for you. The chance of making other arrangements in your favor will increase the earlier you make your chauffeur aware. Your guest are not permitted to extend the charter without your consent, you again will be held responsible for their actions.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Excalibur Limousine Service is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle. Be sure to double check you vehicle at the end of your charter.

CHAUFFEUR'S DISCRETION

The charter may be cancelled at any time, at the chauffeur's discretion,if the client and/or guests become unruly or beligerent. Our drivers will not tolerate harassment of any sort and the charter will be terminated immediately.

RETAINERS

The charter may be cancelled at any time if one or more terms and conditions of this contract are breached. No refunds will be given for any charter that is terminated for any of these reason.

ALCOHOL

Alcohol will NOT be consumed by any passengers under the age of 19(SK) or 18(AB). If this is found, the charter will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.
